We have recently noticed that students and parents are able to view the activity log from the admin side within the messaging feature. Specifically, they can see on the public channel which staff members have been added or removed, and they can also view previous members under the staff section.

This was not the case before, and we feel that this information is not private and should not be visible to students or parents.
