School administrators should have access to a comprehensive and user-friendly activity log to track all key actions within the system. This should include:
  1. creation details (date and user)
  2. complete update history with field-level changes, 3. deletion logs (with restore option)
  3. Last modified information.
Additionally, the log should support version history (with comparison), user-wise activity tracking, bulk action logs, and optional access/view logs. It should also provide clear timestamps, along with filters (by date, user, action), search functionality, and the ability to export logs for audit and reporting purposes.
