We'd like to suggest that the login options can be configured by school. By only showing, as an example, email login to parents and Google login to staff/students, a lot of confusion would be removed. We regularly have users (mostly parents, to be fair) clicking on login options that don't work. While a training issue to an extent, removing options that don't work is a better customer service/UI stance.
