Ensure parity between Student mobile and web app features

Our ES students use iPads and are on the Mobile app -- they don't have access to a number of features due to this. The student experience should be the same on web or mobile, including access to all platform features.

In 1-to-1 programs with iPads, the ability to have students work in the app is very helpful in limiting distractions (ie, clicking on other browser tabs). However, due to the number of features (such as AI Tutors, Worksheets) that are not accessible through the app, we find students often back and forth between the app and the web application.
