I want to be able to bulk upload student files for my students annually, and am only able to do so through the Data team at Toddle. Please allow administrators the ability to take bulk upload actions (especially in student profile).

As a possible alternative, upload student files through API (the same way it is currently possible to upload student profile pictures).
Also, if we go in the API direction, additional API functions, related to student files: list files in a folder; rename, download, delete files.
