The homepage needs additional organizing functionality. Ideally, a user would be able to select a few options on how to organize their list of classes in the homepage. Being able to drag-and-drop the order could be a helpful approach. And ideally, for classes that are only semester-long, a clear separation of semester classes into S1 and S2 would be a helpful modification of the UI.

Currently, class lists can be exported from the platform; however, student photos are not included in the export. We would like to request the ability to export class lists together with student photos in a printable and downloadable format. Suggested functionality: • Export class rosters with student names, IDs, and profile photos. • Support exports by class, grade level, or advisory group. • Provide formats such as PDF and Excel. • Include configurable fields based on school requirements. Use Cases: • Teacher reference sheets at the beginning of the academic year. • Substitute teacher and cover lesson planning. • Student identification during trips, events, and examinations. • Admissions, administration, and safeguarding purposes. • Creating classroom seating plans and student directories. This enhancement would save significant administrative time and provide schools with a practical way to identify students while working with class lists.

Add and option to bulk add/edit students flags.

Be able to edit the next school year while the current one is still running in order to pre-load the school calendar, set-up unit plans, etc etc.

Ability to create a "SCHOOL" wide collection of "School Policies & Resources" instead of creating the same collection 3 times to share to our different divisions (Elementary, MSHS, DP).

Add a field in the profile that is user editable to add pronouns.

We would like to have additional granularity in the grading period locking, to be able to lock them per grade level. We have grades that finish the academic year earlier and would like to lock their Gradebooks before.

Many of our classes have 2 homeroom teachers, it is a large amount of work for these teachers to be adding the 2nd teacher to every well being record. Please provide a way for us to have 2 homeroom teachers assigned to a class.

Although there is a “Siblings” field in the Student Profile page, it would be even more helpful if the Toddle could support linking students to their siblings (and cousins), so that family relationships within the school can be managed and viewed more clearly.
