Problem: Teachers/admins currently have the option to download a class roster only as an XLSX file. While the XLSX file can be printed, users who simply need a printable class roster have to download the spreadsheet and format it themselves. Requested Solution: Add an option to export/download the Student List directly as a PDF from Class Settings, alongside the existing XLSX export option. Ideally, the PDF should provide a clean, print-ready roster containing the same student information available in the Student List. Benefit: A direct PDF export would make it much easier for teachers and administrators to quickly print class rosters without needing to open and format an Excel file first.

It would be a HUGE improvement if any Toddle view that include class names also includes the teacher name next to it. We often think of classes in terms of the person who is teaching it, so having the teacher name readily visible would be a significant benefit.

I see that we can now select multiple homeroom advisors in the front end, which is great, but we would like to be able to also use the upload sheet for students, to add more than two.

We would like to add all details needed in staff profile when we add a new member. Currently we have to save basic information and then find again the user to edit and add custom profile fields that are mandatory in our context, leading to extra time expended in this task.

We need more granular behaviour permissions so we can control who accesses sensitive behaviour data on Toddle

Many of our classes have 2 homeroom teachers, it is a large amount of work for these teachers to be adding the 2nd teacher to every well being record. Please provide a way for us to have 2 homeroom teachers assigned to a class.

Be able to edit the next school year while the current one is still running in order to pre-load the school calendar, set-up unit plans, etc etc.

Design a way to resend invites to all contacts stuck in "Invite Sent" at one time (in the same language)

The school would like to have a Homeroom Advisor role that would provide certain permissions ONLY to those students they are assigned to. For example, being able to see the gradebook in their student profile but only for the students they have assigned, not for all. Right now if you enable gradebook visibility is for all your students in the classes you have, not only for those you are assigned to as their tutor/advisor.

For all name lists, please make it possible to display the list by first name, but to sort the list alphabetically by last name. We refer to everyone by first name but still follow traditional alphabetical sorting by last name.
