Could blocks be collapsable so that blocks represent the amount of time they are allotted for? OR - make it more like a Google Doc so it is fully customizable. We want teachers to do this in Toddle, but it is not fully meeting their needs.

In the new Toddle experience, teacher permissions are set at the course level only. The only way to stop a teacher from editing a unit is to switch them from Course editor to Course viewer, but that makes every unit in the course view-only. Coordinators can’t protect a finished unit while teachers keep planning the current one. This was possible in the previous experience: coordinators could make a single unit view-only for teachers once it was complete. What schools are doing instead: To keep finished units and their standards from being changed by accident, one PYP school now keeps its planning in a view-only Google Doc as well as in Toddle. The coordinator describes this duplicate work as time-consuming and not sustainable, and it moves the official record out of Toddle. What’s being requested: Unit-level lock: Let coordinators or admins mark a specific unit as locked or view-only for teachers once it’s finalised. Other units in the same course stay editable. Section-level lock: Let coordinators or admins lock specific sections within a unit, such as the selected subject standards, so they can’t be deleted or changed by accident while other sections stay editable.

Every time we create content with AI, we have to manually type "add" or something similar to add it to the unit. Create a button or default tag/pill to add to the unit.

Problem The Course Plan Timeline view only appears for courses that have classes attached. Blueprint courses don’t have classes, so districts that manage their curriculum centrally can’t see the unit sequence for the year where the curriculum is written. Use case Dover Public Schools (NJ) builds its curriculum in Blueprint courses. Their curriculum committee and state compliance reviewers (QSAC) want to see a visual of how units run across the school year, with each unit’s span in weeks and where the next one begins. This is a standard view on other curriculum platforms, and districts expect to have it. Request Show the Timeline view in Blueprint courses, and in any course without classes, using the start and end dates set on each unit. Keep drag-to-adjust so curriculum writers can re-sequence units right on the Blueprint. Impact This likely affects every US Public district using account-wide Blueprints for central curriculum management, where the curriculum map is reviewed for state compliance (QSAC in NJ). It came up during Dover’s rollout, so it’s an onboarding promise we currently can’t keep.

Please add surveys so the school should be able to do the surveys with parents, teachers, and students and make a tab on the dashboard

Our school has and IB HS program and a non-IB HS division. Since students take courses in both schools, is there a way to combine Progress Reports

Allow administrators to access a detailed activity log showing who made changes across the platform and the exact date and time each change was made. This should include actions such as adding, editing, or removing learning experiences from weekly planners. This would be especially helpful when multiple teachers collaborate on the same planner and need to identify who made a particular change and when it occurred. It would also help administrators troubleshoot unexpected changes and improve accountability across teams.

We don't have a feature for checking planning data across school years. I'd be great to have a way of seeing trends and check specific planning features using AI.

Currently, while there is an option to add student/family/staff members manually in announcements, it can be more efficient. We need the ability to upload a .csv with student ID numbers to be able to send something out. Takes too long to individually pick a student or also guess which parent belongs to whom.
