Current behavior: Teachers can export Gradebook data to Excel, but the information is split across multiple tabs, making it harder to review everything in one place. Expected behavior: Allow teachers to export the Gradebook view as a well-formatted PDF, including grades, comments, and narratives in a single, easy-to-read document for reviewing, sharing, and keeping records of student progress.

Bulk Delete Observations

Could you please add "Missing" and "Incomplete" as assignment status options in the Toddle traditional gradebook? Teachers need a clear way to distinguish work that was not submitted from work that was submitted but still needs to be finished. These are standard features in grading platforms, and having them in Toddle would make it much easier for teachers, students, and eventually families to understand what needs attention.

Description: Currently, Toddle automatically marks assignments as "No submission" or "Late" only when a submission is required. However, for tasks that do not require a submission — such as quizzes, tests, or in-class assessments — there is no way to explicitly mark a student's work as "missing" or "late" when they are absent or fail to complete it. Request: Add functionality that allows teachers to manually mark assignments or assessments as "missing" or "late" even when no submission is required. This could include: A visible indicator in the gradebook for absent students The ability to flag incomplete work for non-submission tasks Clear communication to students/parents about missing/late status

We have found that “Show tasks from other classes” can create conflicting needs. A teacher may intentionally assign the same task to multiple classes under the same Course Plan, in which case the task should remain visible across those classes. However, when a student moves from one class to another, historical assignments from the previous class may also appear. Teachers may want to retain the student's historical records without having those old assignments displayed in the current class Gradebook. Could Toddle provide more granular control to distinguish intentionally shared cross-class assignments from historical assignments associated with students who have moved classes? Ideally, teachers should be able to hide the latter without affecting assignments intentionally shared across multiple classes.

Enable downloads that allow viewing assignments with assessment tools other than score.

It would be helpful if this space supported uploading PDFs and other file types, in addition to the current options.
