Behaviour/Pastoral Care

The possibility to restrict the selection of specific behaviour levels (particularly Levels 3 and 4) to designated roles, such as School Principal or School Admin, while allowing teachers to record incidents at Levels 1 and 2.

When a teacher wants to log a student behavior before the class is over and they forget, it is almost impossible to do it in real time. If this were available through the app, it would be way easier for a teacher to log an incident as well as not forget about it.

Please include an option for Educators to pick up their phones, open the Toddle App, and record a behavior incident without having to open that page in the browser. We truly need it ASAP.

Have a read receipt or some type of acknowledgement that parents have read the behaviour management notes, similar to how we see "read by xx/xxx" when we send announcements.

Please allow tagging multiple students in a same incident as opposed to duplicating an incident and changing the student name.

I would like to have finer control over who can create, view and modify the incidents at our school

Is there a way to get more robust and specific AI insight data with Behaviour tracking? Ex. pulling trends from more than just the selected categories but also the written teacher input?

We want the roles and permissions configured in the behaviour module to apply to incident creators as well. For example, a Basic user should not be able to change the permissions of users added (by either Default Outcomes or RnP) to give them a higher access within an incident to ensure confidentiality.

We would like more options such as homeroom advisors, year group or select classes to be available in the list. This will allow us to generate specific data that coordinators will check. Also vital for PYP as we have 2 campuses in it.

Current behaviour in the platform is that: filter is used, it remembers until you refresh the page. Once refreshed, you have to set it again. Is this possible to always remember the last filter by the user?
