I would like to have finer control over who can create, view and modify the incidents at our school

I want to be able to map default comments and confidential notes on basis of the incident categories, sub-categories and severity

I want to be able to have a more flexible way to control and fine tune who receives notifications for various incidents that are created, shared or referred

Introduce a dedicated communication channel within Well-being incidents. This includes a temporary chat feature for each incident to facilitate direct dialogue with families—automatically closing once the case is resolved—and the implementation of read receipts to confirm that families have acknowledged the incident report.

Enable visibility of the incident creator's identity while the report is still in "Draft" status. Currently, this information is only accessible once the incident is published; allowing access during the draft stage will facilitate better internal tracking and follow-up.

I would like to have following enhancements Flexibility to decide whether a category is supposed to be mapped to severity Define and map custom severity levels for different categories

Add ability to bulk insert default actions, visibility configuration and comments for individual category and subcategory of incidents

I want to be able to - Store/download reports of incidents Download report for any one student/ multiple students Print single incident or multiple incidents Ability to share incident report in a format to state

create/print class photo with option to have name label - would be incredibly useful for beginning of year, specialists, and cover teachers

Allowing teachers to create an incident of students outside their programme without giving them permissions to access any other information about these students
