Yes -- can we have the ability for administrators to view all incidents, but not always get the "shared" notifications and emails? Right now, the only way the module works is that I have the principal in the principal role, and if they want to be able to view all incidents, they all have to be "shared" with them as part of their role. However, I they want to get just emails on our Tier 2 or 3 incidents, not all incidents. Please message me for screenshots/further explanation.
