Progress Reports

* We completed the cycle of 1. Creating subjects, courses, classes. 2. Configured grading 3. Added units + tasks per subject 4. Added units + tasks IDU 5. Graded all 6. Created PR templets and sets 7. Impersonated teachers participating in 2 and 3 and completed PR  8. Checked PR * We found that PRs do not show IDU unless we create a subject, which we shouldn't do... We should have that as a separaate feature to report as MYP requires.

Create the ability with queries or downloads to make it easier to review all parts of the progress report have been completed by all users. For example, the current downloads (as of 1/9/26) do not allow the admin to see if subject descriptions are missing or if teacher comments are missing for any students. **I do want to clarify that some schools likely have the ability to download teacher comments, but the report must be set up in a very specific way with specific fields in order for the comment to be downloaded.

The school currently downloads MYP reports in Excel format and manually reformats the exported file before using or sharing it. This process is time-consuming and increases the risk of manual errors. Request to provide the ability to customise the Excel export format (e.g., reorder, include/exclude, or format columns) so the exported report is ready to use without additional edits.

Please include the option to have items shared in the report card to automatically share in the child's portfolio as the report is issued. Alternatively, please create an option to bulk unlock items which are locked only for teachers, rather than having teachers go through each child's portfolio and unlocking one-by-one.

We want to be able to pull comments from previous progress report into the final cumulative progress reports.

Teachers currently cannot attach PDF documents as supporting evidence within report comment boxes. If a PDF is included, it is only accessible as a link, which disrupts the reading experience and makes it less practical for parents to view the document alongside the report. Allow teachers to attach PDF files directly within report comment boxes, with the PDF rendered inline (similar to an embedded document) rather than displayed as a hyperlink. If inline PDF support is not feasible, improve image handling by allowing attached images to be automatically resized and displayed at full page width, giving the appearance of an attached document while maintaining readability.

A student dashboard with a colour-coded system will visually represent the learner’s day, showing checked or unchecked points. Positive Behaviour Recording: Teachers can tick elements a learner has achieved during the school day, such as: -Active participation in class -Paying attention to the teacher -Completing assigned work -Following instructions -Demonstrating learner profile attributes (caring, knowledgeable, risk-taker, communicator, open-minded, etc.) Negative Behaviour Recording: Teachers can also note challenges, such as: -Talking excessively in class -Disturbing lessons -Not following instructions -Forgetting books or materials -Failing to complete homework -Not participating in group activities -Neglecting care of personal materials

We would like to be able to configure the format of the table on the subject/skills section. Right now, we can use the full wordings but the words get cramped within the space. It would be great if we have the ability to adjust and widen the spaces for the words to fit nicely.
