Progress Reports

Create the ability with queries or downloads to make it easier to review all parts of the progress report have been completed by all users. For example, the current downloads (as of 1/9/26) do not allow the admin to see if subject descriptions are missing or if teacher comments are missing for any students. **I do want to clarify that some schools likely have the ability to download teacher comments, but the report must be set up in a very specific way with specific fields in order for the comment to be downloaded.

Description: A principal requested the ability to view and preview all student progress reports in a single view, rather than having to open each student's report individually. This feature was available in a previous product and is currently missing in Toddle. Currently, administrators can track the completion status of report sets from the Progress Reports module, but there is no option to preview all student reports in a consolidated PDF or online view at once. The only way to download reports is individually per student, or in bulk per grade, but not as a single consolidated preview for the whole school or programme. Proposed solution: Add an option for administrators to preview all student reports in a single view (online or as a combined PDF) from the Progress Reports module. This would allow principals and administrators to quickly review the overall progress and status of reports across all students without opening each one individually.

Let students add their own reflections to reports so they can share their learning perspective.

In 1.0, HRTs were able to mark the entire report as 'complete' and not select the radio button for each subject. The similar functionality is required for 2.0 as subject teachers miss marking those buttons as complete

The ability to duplicate a Multi grading period report template and make it a single grading period report or vice versa

To have a bulk option for the AI feature in teacher comment boxes so that an AI comment can be generated for all students of a class instead of having to generate one student's comment at a time.

Improve the progress report layout or at least editing tools enabled to arrange the columns.

Would it be possible to upload comment banks in bulk using excel/sheet?

Create a workflow to allow proofreaders to be assigned within Toddle for review PR comments in the system without having the ability to adjust grades/codes for the students. It would be great if in the proofreading workflow, comments and/or could be left for other users like in Google Docs.

When new students are added to the school's roster, they are not automatically added to Progress Report sets. They have to be manually added. We'd like a sync option in the Progress sets, similar to the one on the IBIS module, that automatically pulls new students into the progress report sets.
