Improve Progress Report Review

Create the ability with queries or downloads to make it easier to review all parts of the progress report have been completed by all users. For example, the current downloads (as of 1/9/26) do not allow the admin to see if subject descriptions are missing or if teacher comments are missing for any students.
**I do want to clarify that some schools likely have the ability to download teacher comments, but the report must be set up in a very specific way with specific fields in order for the comment to be downloaded.

Sept 19, 2026 Update:
It is my school's first year in 2.0 and I have seen some updates with PR Review workflow in I last posted on this topic in Jan. 2026. Could be general updates to PRs or maybe upates in 2.0.
We can now download comments (teacher comments by standards and teacher comment by subject), which is a huge improvement for us. Unfortunately the default "Description" field is not downloadable to check if filled in.
Primary teachers can now be specified by class rather than subject in 2.0. A huge help for us in making sure information is accurate, but I needed to go through our Toddle Buddy to upload these in bulk other wise it would have been untenable to do these manually due to number of clicks it takes to get to the screen to select a primary teacher for the class (which I have only been able to find in the class settings and nowhere in the admin portal - but it may just be because I couldn't find it).

I addition to that I would suggest adding the possibility to customize the report set export to better meet the school or user's specific needs. (e.g. I like to have all all reports as a single spreadsheet where each student’s comments appear on a single row.)
