Progress Reports

Create a workflow to allow proofreaders to be assigned within Toddle for review PR comments in the system without having the ability to adjust grades/codes for the students. It would be great if in the proofreading workflow, comments and/or could be left for other users like in Google Docs.

Create the ability with queries or downloads to make it easier to review all parts of the progress report have been completed by all users. For example, the current downloads (as of 1/9/26) do not allow the admin to see if subject descriptions are missing or if teacher comments are missing for any students. **I do want to clarify that some schools likely have the ability to download teacher comments, but the report must be set up in a very specific way with specific fields in order for the comment to be downloaded.
