I would like to have finer control over who can create, view and modify the incidents at our school

I want to be able to map default comments and confidential notes on basis of the incident categories, sub-categories and severity

I want to be able to have a more flexible way to control and fine tune who receives notifications for various incidents that are created, shared or referred

I would like to have following enhancements Flexibility to decide whether a category is supposed to be mapped to severity Define and map custom severity levels for different categories

Add ability to bulk insert default actions, visibility configuration and comments for individual category and subcategory of incidents
