We have found that “Show tasks from other classes” can create conflicting needs.

A teacher may intentionally assign the same task to multiple classes under the same Course Plan, in which case the task should remain visible across those classes.

However, when a student moves from one class to another, historical assignments from the previous class may also appear. Teachers may want to retain the student's historical records without having those old assignments displayed in the current class Gradebook.

Could Toddle provide more granular control to distinguish intentionally shared cross-class assignments from historical assignments associated with students who have moved classes?

Ideally, teachers should be able to hide the latter without affecting assignments intentionally shared across multiple classes.
