Announcements - ability to upload custom list

Currently, while there is an option to add student/family/staff members manually in announcements, it can be more efficient. We need the ability to upload a .csv with student ID numbers to be able to send something out. Takes too long to individually pick a student or also guess which parent belongs to whom.

Agreed, custom groups which can be created from .csv list would be hugely useful - for communicating to sporting groups, excursion groups, clubs etc. Currently groups have to be created individually entering one by one, and cannot be saved. Custom, save-able groups needed!

Yes, or just be able to cc a couple of staff members to a student announcement for example.
