Admin Portal

It would be a HUGE improvement if any Toddle view that include class names also includes the teacher name next to it. We often think of classes in terms of the person who is teaching it, so having the teacher name readily visible would be a significant benefit.

Many of our classes have 2 homeroom teachers, it is a large amount of work for these teachers to be adding the 2nd teacher to every well being record. Please provide a way for us to have 2 homeroom teachers assigned to a class.

On the classes page, I can sort by name of course, but I would like to be able to sort by subject area and any other field.

Schools may need to create training, onboarding, or professional development classes where staff members participate in the same way as students. Currently, staff accounts cannot be enrolled as students in a class, requiring the creation of separate student accounts for staff members. Request to allow coordinators/admins to enroll staff members in classes with a student role (or a learner view), enabling them to experience the class workflow, assignments, and student-facing features without needing duplicate accounts. This would simplify internal training and testing while reducing account management overhead.

Need: ability to have a class exist in Toddle that is only visible to teachers, not to students and parents. Use cases: students who are on a highly modified curriculum but are located within the "main" class. We often create tasks that all students will do so they need to be in the "main" class. However, the title of the class and reporting structure are different. Our solution has been to create a "reporting only" class so the report card and transcripts are accurate, however this means the student sees two classes. grade level classes for tracking student data, visibility of all students, and announcements. This also applies to organizational groupings (like for counsellors who group kids in an ad-hoc way) Our suggestion (how Veracross handles it, TBH): each class has a "visible to students/parents" flag.

Add a feature or option when admin and super admin will be added to all existing classes. Even If admin can have access to all classes though admin portal, it'll be helpful to jump to class from teacher's module too.

We sometimes have a student changing Programme, but we can't do this ourselves and have to reach out to our Buddy. This is particularly important as we would still want them to be in the class for the original Programme and not lose any assessment data.

In addition to SL or HL status for a student, we would like a non-IB status for students who are still taking the class but will not be taking the official IB assessments.

Currently, we need to configure the standards within each individual course. This can be very time-consuming, especially when there are many courses on the platform. It would be much more efficient to have a bulk option in the admin portal to upload standards to multiple courses at once, eliminating the need to open each course individually.
