Provide a cleaner, more efficient interface for our admins to create and edit students, staff, classes, and family members.

Custom fields not visible when creating new staff member
We would like to add all details needed in staff profile when we add a new member. Currently we have to save basic information and then find again the user to edit and add custom profile fields that are mandatory in our context, leading to extra time expended in this task.
