Currently, class lists can be exported from the platform; however, student photos are not included in the export.

We would like to request the ability to export class lists together with student photos in a printable and downloadable format.

Suggested functionality:

• Export class rosters with student names, IDs, and profile photos.

• Support exports by class, grade level, or advisory group.

• Provide formats such as PDF and Excel.

• Include configurable fields based on school requirements.

Use Cases:

• Teacher reference sheets at the beginning of the academic year.

• Substitute teacher and cover lesson planning.

• Student identification during trips, events, and examinations.

• Admissions, administration, and safeguarding purposes.

• Creating classroom seating plans and student directories.

This enhancement would save significant administrative time and provide schools with a practical way to identify students while working with class lists.
