Request:

Allow admins to download/export a list of students that includes the information stored under Contact Info, rather than the Family Members information.

Current limitation:

The current student export available from the Admin Portal provides family member information and email addresses, but it does not include the contact details entered in the Contact Info section, particularly phone numbers. This means schools that maintain family contact information in Contact Info cannot obtain a complete downloadable list of student contacts.

Requested functionality:

Provide an export option that includes, for each student:

Student name/identifier

Address

Phone number(s)

Other relevant fields available under Contact Info

Ideally, the export should reflect the information currently stored in the student's Contact Info section and allow admins to download it in a spreadsheet-friendly format.

Use case:

The school uses Contact Info rather than Family Members to maintain family contact details. They need to periodically download a complete student contact list containing addresses and telephone numbers for administrative purposes.

Impact:

This would save admins from manually compiling contact information and ensure that exported student contact lists accurately reflect the data maintained in Toddle.
