Add STEALTH impersonate option

Include a "stealth" impersonate setting so that actions taken when impersontaing a student are not retained. Currently, actions taken when impersonating a student are recorded and retained as if the student took actions.

This is a great idea. In addition to the obvious benefits, if we could lock this as a the default norm for teachers, we then do not need to worry about logging.
