Agreed - what we have is not a bulk upload, it's just a different interface.

Just want to add my two cents to this. This should be a default, it looks like the feature was planned to be added but it was only half done.

I can tick all the students in a homeroom, there's an option called bulk assign homeroom teacher, and then I have to click a dropdown menu for each student individually and scroll to find the teacher(s) . Having to assign everystudent's homeroom advisors each year is a time consuming process at a time when admin and teachers are otherwise busy.
