Remove the mandatory class assignment constraint when creating a new student manually. This is required to accommodate enrollments that are not effective immediately, allowing schools to register future students in the system without placing them on active class rosters prematurely. Since the platform's architecture already supports students without active classes (via bulk upload), extending this behavior to the manual UI is highly feasible.
