The school would like to have a Homeroom Advisor role that would provide certain permissions ONLY to those students they are assigned to.

For example, being able to see the gradebook in their student profile but only for the students they have assigned, not for all. Right now if you enable gradebook visibility is for all your students in the classes you have, not only for those you are assigned to as their tutor/advisor.
