At a previous school I basically built a new SMS myself and one of the things I built in was that it would self check overnight each night. It would then email me any errors.

The thng which reminded me of this was a newly enrolled student who Toddle could tell me is missing their homeroom/advisory teacher assignment. However previously I also had checks for things like clashes on a student’s timetable, gaps on their timetable, etc.

I have seen that Toddle tells you if a student in missing the homeroom/advisory enrolment when you’re setting up the attendance, but I haven’t seen how to make it tell you each time it gets missed.
