Ability to Add an AI Tutor as a Resource in an Assessment, Learning Experience, Etc

It would be nice to extend the resource options in assessment, etc to include AI Tutors. This would allow teachers to incorporate one or more tutors into a larger assignment. This would also allow teacher to indirectly include work students do with AI Tutors in their gradebooks.
