Agree, this is especially needed for paper submissions, and it would be nice if the flag were visible from the assignment list or gradebook. Flags should include late, missing, incomplete, and excused - all integrated.

There can be a disconnect for parents when viewing the submission history of student work without this ability. Sometimes they think that a student is submitted more late work than they are, or that they have less late work than they do as a result of not being able to update submission status manually.

This is really crucial, especially for paper submissions. Not everything is submitted in Toddle and our teachers are having to do a work around. There are a significant number of paper assignments.

Yes, and this is needed for assignments that do or do not require a submission. As mentioned above, we need teachers and students to be able to see the flags. I also agree with the flag options mentioned above.
