Selecting standards, datasets, or assignments takes too many clicks - could this flow be simplified so I can pick things faster?

For example, a centralized place to select or unselect standards to be considered on a grading period or Progress report set, as we would not want to report all standards in a unit, as it could be overwhelming or not relevant for parents or useful for report cards.
