Right now, when you want to add an assignment, but make sure it does not coincide with the deadline of another subject, there is no way to see this for these specific students.
You would have to go to the calendar, and see for that year group, what deadlines they have for that day. However, the utility of this is limited because you don't know by memory which classes your students participate in.
The ideal solution would be to see within the Assign Settings, numbers highlighted in that small calendar for the days there are conflicts with other tasks. If you would like to see what the conflicts are, you click on it and it opens a a full Student Workload section in which you can see the task, the students who has to deliver it, the class and teacher.

I would add to this, that it would be nice to be able to filter what shows up on a workload calendar. In particular, the middle and upper schools at my school triy to be cognisant of the number of assessments that are scheduled for students each day. When we used the gradebook in Veracross, an "exam calendar" was automatically created within the system so that teachers could keep track of upcoming tasks. Without this feature, we create calendars in Google to try to communicate with each other, but it ends up not being accurate because it is yet something else teachers need to keep up to date.
I'm not totally sure how something like this could, or would work in Toddle, because teachers would need to add assessments and/or their dates into Toddle and not all assessments have an assignment attached to them in Toddle. Maybe it could pull from active assessment, scheduled "assessments," and then teachers could also add assessments as events on the course calendar. If the tool could pull from both of these, then these dates would be visible to all community members.
I would say that it would be nice if the exam calendar could be access from the "Assign Settings " like Sherriden recommended, but could also be visible on the calendar. Maybe there could be a filter for a "Grade Level" exam calendar that teachers could Toggle on and off? I can see assessments from all courses as a admin, but I believe that teachers are limited to seeing assessments/assignments from their courses.
