Currently, none of the available report options include the Notes field associated with student attendance records. As a result, coordinators and school administrators cannot easily determine whether an absence has a parent excuse, medical justification, or other relevant explanation when reviewing reports.

Please add an option to include the Notes field in attendance reports and exports. This would provide essential context for absences and support more efficient attendance monitoring, follow-up, and reporting processes.
