I want to be able to have a more flexible way to control and fine tune who receives notifications for various incidents that are created, shared or referred

Assigning alerts to specific staff members by grade level would be very important and helpful. In addition, when an academic alert is submitted, I would like it to be assigned directly to the Learning Support teacher who works with that particular grade level.
Currently, there seems to be an assumption that Learning Support teachers review and respond to all academic concern alerts. However, I primarily monitor alerts related to my own caseload and do not review all alerts across grade levels. As a result, some students without ILP who may require Tier 1 or Tier 2 support can unintentionally become overlooked within the system.
It would be beneficial if alerts could be grouped by grade level and clearly assigned. Additionally, if more than three alerts are submitted within the same grade, receiving a notification would allow us to proactively develop a support plan for those students and provide guidance to their teachers.

I would love to choose which grade/level alerts I receive---I cannot filter through the whole school. Too many hours spents looking for my students as their counselor.

Please work on this! We need to be able to fine tune our alert system so that it's usable. Right now it's overwhelming and we are running the risk of beginning to simply ignore /turn off alerts.

Yes, also by assigning alerts to specific people for specific grade levels.

YYes,es we would like to have the option of choosing who recreceivesieves notifications or have them turned off completely. We would also like more options to vary the classifications settings

Yes, for example, I would like the behavior alert email to go to the student's counselor, and only certain grade level administrators. Right now it's all or nothing. Please do this soon!
