We would need to be able to calculate automatically and have the excel sheet integrate in the platform of a pre-assessment; 1st Assessment; 2nd Assessment; 3rd Assessment; and final.

We would need the following:

Number of notices per class and per student (pre-assessments).

Number of failing grades per student per assessment.

Average grade of each student by assessments.

Number of failing grades per subject.

Average grade for each subject in the final evaluation .
