This feature works similarly to Gmail list. A school can create a label for staff and add the desired recipients to that list. When families compose a new message, they can simply type the label name, and the message will automatically be delivered to all the people included in that list. For example: When families would send a message to "Primary Admin" the Primary Coordinator, Primary admin secretary, and Primary Head will be able to receive the message.
