After School Activities (ASA) Management Module

I would like Toddle to include a dedicated After School Activities (ASA) module to manage clubs and enrichment programs.
The module should allow schools to:
-Create and publish ASA offerings by grade, term, day, and time
-Set capacity limits, waiting lists, and eligibility rules
-Enable parent/student sign-ups with automatic cut-offs
-Track attendance for each session
-Assign teachers/coaches to activities
-Optionally support paid activities
This module would be especially valuable for international and IB schools, where ASAs are a core part of student life but currently managed outside Toddle using spreadsheets or external tools.
A dedicated ASA module would significantly streamline operations and improve the parent and student experience.

We can definitely see how a dedicated After School Activities (ASA) module to create and publish offerings, manage capacity and eligibility, enable sign-ups with cut-offs, track attendance, and assign teachers/coaches would streamline operations and improve the experience for families.
This isn’t something we’re able to prioritise immediately, but we’ve added it to our longer-term considerations and will continue to review requests like this as we plan future improvements. Your feedback genuinely helps shape those discussions. Thanks!

1000% support for that here - please! While we could add this to the current timetable as 'classes, it has implications for attendance..We'd like the attendance to be a separate configuration than part of the regular "academic" day. This may be possible by having the weighting on the attendance (totally separate categories) for ASAs as 0??
