Some of our classes on Toddle are composite classes. ie. they exist as separate classes in Toddle and in our SIS but in practice are the same class. (We have, for example, two Year 7/8 classes but for some subjects they are split according to year level and that results in two Year 7 classes and two Year 8 classes for those subjects.)

Our SIS copes with this and presents teachers with a unified attendance roll and gradebook.

It would be helpful in Toddle to be able to have a unified channel in the messaging module. If, in the future, we also used Toddle for attendance, then we would also be wanting a unified class roll.

Perhaps that functionality is already in Toddle but I haven't been able to find it.
