Current behavior: Portfolio posts are shared with students and family members by default. Schools cannot change the default sharing settings, even from the backend.

Desired behavior: Allow schools to configure the default sharing settings for portfolio posts based on their needs. For example, some schools may need posts or notes to remain private to students only, without being shared with family members by default.
