Summary

IBIS approval notifications take students to the IBIS tab in their student profile. If student profile is turned off in Module Visibility, the notification is a dead link. Nothing warns the admin before the notifications go out.

Expected: When an admin sends approval notifications and student profile is turned off for those students, a warning appears (for example a warning icon and message) before sending.
