Keep global header visible all the time

While the shortcut keys are very helpful, there are some users who forget about these, and it is often a lot of back clicks to get back to the home menu. Keep the black menu bar (I think this is the global header) visible at all times for teachers.

I may have called this feature the wrong thing, maybe I mean have the search bar visible at all times? And have it include the class you are working in. somewhere in the header.
