Platform Context
This proposal is intended for implementation within the Toddle ecosystem. It builds on staff profiles, class assignments, calendars, communication tools, student records, and role-based permissions, while introducing an integrated system for performance evaluation, wellbeing, school services feedback, and professional development tracking.
Overview
Create a Staff Performance, Evaluation & Wellbeing Management module that supports distinct but aligned workflows for Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching Staff, integrating performance evaluation, stakeholder feedback, school services evaluation, and professional development (PD) planning, with termly and yearly analytics.
