Toddle 2.0, "Performance Insights" tab

Problem statement:
On Toddle 2.0, the user does not have access to the "Performance Insights" tab. The only available tool is the AI Insights module (Beta).
According to the user:
The AI Insights tool is not providing the required results
It is very difficult to use
The Beta version is "just about broken"
The user cannot recommend it for use with staff
Desired solution:
The user would prefer to have access to the older Performance Insights tab instead of (or in addition to) the AI Insights Beta.
