Try the new Toddle Doc, it also has the annotation/comment feature. Students can click the + and select Toddle Doc as the way they want to turn in the assignment and then complete the work there.

Would it be possible for teachers to have the annotation feature on documents that students upload as Word Documents? Currently it is only an option for PDF formated documents.
