I would like for students to not access the next folder/assignment without finishing the previous folder/assignment. This way, we have the data on which students are falling behind on coursework. This is for individual learning.

Critical - especially when scaffolding students through concept or skill development in which B is dependent on knowledge from A. This would be a greatly enhance feature with options to control movement: upon submission; upon passing score; etc.
