Would like to add these words on every page at the bottom : This is an electronically generated report card for your personal records and is valid for official use when authenticated and signed by the school.

I've seen other standards-based reports have a common footer that has a codes/ratings listed on each page for parent reference. The ability to add a footer that could be customized to meet the school's needs would be a win.
