Teachers currently cannot attach PDF documents as supporting evidence within report comment boxes. If a PDF is included, it is only accessible as a link, which disrupts the reading experience and makes it less practical for parents to view the document alongside the report.

Allow teachers to attach PDF files directly within report comment boxes, with the PDF rendered inline (similar to an embedded document) rather than displayed as a hyperlink.

If inline PDF support is not feasible, improve image handling by allowing attached images to be automatically resized and displayed at full page width, giving the appearance of an attached document while maintaining readability.
