Each year, we have 500+ students who use Toddle for the personal project. When we download the gradebook to enter scores into IBIS, the default is to list student by first name. It does not matter if we have presorted it on the viewable screen; the download always will be sorted by first name.
This is a cumbersome additional step with 500 + students because we import student names directly from our SIS. We have students who may have two first names, two last names, or an included middle name. There is no way to know or sort them without individually looking them up.
It takes an extraordinary amount of time to get our gradebook spreadsheet to match the IBIS list to enter scores appropriately, and the easiest way would be to create multiple columns when listing students (first name, last name).
