- Disable or restrict most comment entry points.

- A single place where teachers land and immediately see experiences needing review.
- Fix program-switching behavior
- The meeting flagged unexpected switching into the wrong program as a likely bug.
- Add a proper “return to student” workflow status
- Suggested statuses were:
1. Draft
2. Submitted for review
3. Rejected / Returned
4. Approved
5. Completed
- Use “Rejected” (or similar) as a visible status
- Goal: make it obvious to students that action is required, instead of relying on comments/bells.
- Option to prevent supervisors from marking “completed”
- Preferred flow: supervisors approve; CAS coordinator does final completion.
- Add fuller change history / audit trail
- Need better visibility into who changed statuses and when.
