Schools should be able to upload and edit students’ IBIS personal codes directly in Toddle, especially through the Superadmin and DP Coordinator roles.

After watching the video, the process seems more confusing and less efficient than uploading directly to IBIS. Our school already has the required IBIS data (date of birth, nationality, languages, etc.) in our SIS, which does not yet integrate with Toddle.

Both require the student’s IBIS unique code, but there is currently no easy way for schools to manage these codes in Toddle. At the moment, the only way to upload them is by asking our Toddle Success Manager, which is inappropriate given the responsibility schools have toward the IB.
