Anonymous Moderation Workflow for Student Reports

Current Challenge:
When students submit their final report in Toddle, the report is linked directly to their Personal Project (PP) portfolio and is visible with the student's name and profile information. For moderation purposes, we need teachers to review and assess reports without knowing the identity of the student.
With large cohorts (e.g., 157 students), the current workaround of downloading reports, removing identifying information, and distributing files manually is extremely time-consuming and inefficient. The exported files can also be large and difficult to manage.
Requested Feature:
An "Anonymous Moderation Mode" that would allow coordinators to:
Share student reports with designated moderators while hiding student names and other identifying information.
Automatically assign anonymous candidate numbers or moderation IDs to reports.
Allow coordinators to retain access to the student-to-candidate-number mapping.
Enable moderators to review reports directly within Toddle without downloading files.
Optionally assign reports to moderators and track moderation completion.
Export reports with anonymous IDs only, if needed.
