Schools need the ability to manage staff memberships and programme access in bulk rather than one-by-one. Currently, if staff are accidentally added to Projects or assigned to programmes at scale, admins must manually remove each user individually and update programme permissions per staff member, resulting in a very time-consuming process.

Requested improvements:

Bulk remove/add staff from Projects

Bulk update programme access (e.g. remove MYP access for multiple staff members at once)

Bulk edit staff roles and permissions

CSV/import-based bulk management options

Multi-select actions directly from the dashboard/list views

This would greatly improve admin efficiency for schools managing large cohorts and staffing changes.
