Central review/approval dashboard or notification space separate from the main notifications tab.
Support for Draft, Submitted for Approval, Approved, Action Needed, Submitted for Review, Completed, Rejected.
Only specific roles should be able to move experiences between statuses. School-level configurability preferred.
Student submits experience → CAS Coordinator/Advisor can Approve, Reject, or Request Changes (Action Needed). Support multiple review cycles.
Student submits reflections/evidence → Supervisor/CAS Coordinator can Complete, Complete with Changes, Request Improvements, or Reject.
Block "Submit for Review" until at least one reflection has been added.
Supervisor can modify learning outcomes while still approving the experience.
Ability to reject evidence or determine that requirements were not completed.
Reduce the number of commenting locations (review log, comments, evidence comments) and provide a clearer audit trail.
Clarify whether CAS Advisors, in addition to CAS Coordinators, can approve/reject experiences.
